Solid Lube 90
Solid Lube 90 is our most popular formulation for an optimal combination of lubricating properties and environmental cleanliness. Solid Lube 90 has 40% less graphite content when compared against leading U.S. and European brands (10% graphite content vs. 18%), which results in cleaner and brighter castings. Additionally, Solid Lube 90 produces oil-free scraps, to allow for cost savings in re-melting gates and runners.

Solid Pure Pro
The Solid Pure Pro is a dry plunger lubricant with 0% graphite content. This product is ideal for smaller die casting machines, typically less than 800 tons, or tips and sleeves up to 6” in diameter. Solid Pure Pro leaves practically zero oil residue on casted parts, and is the best option available for sustaining a clean die casting environment.
